2. Purpose
The website introduces the Company, its technical capabilities, delivery model and contact channels. It does not provide accounts, ordering, payment, online acceptance or contract formation.
Viewing the website or contacting the Company by email or telephone does not form a development contract, confirm a quotation, start work or guarantee an outcome. Scope, fees, schedule, acceptance, maintenance, confidentiality and ownership are governed by a contract and statement of work agreed by the Company and the client in writing or electronically.
3. Use
Users must comply with applicable law and this Notice. A user must not:
- Disrupt the website or connected infrastructure or impose unreasonable load
- Attempt malware delivery, automated attack, unauthorised access or exploitation
- Infringe another person’s rights, privacy, trade secrets or intellectual property
- Automatically collect, sell or distribute published email addresses, or send commercial advertising without prior consent
- Use Company material in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement or approval
Normal indexing of public pages by search engines and personal, non-commercial viewing are permitted.
4. Intellectual property
Documents, editing, design, graphics, diagrams and software in which the Company holds rights are protected by copyright and other applicable law. Third-party marks, fonts, open-source software and separately attributed material remain the property of their respective owners.
Except where the law permits or the Company gives prior written permission, Company material may not be copied, distributed, communicated to the public, modified or commercially exploited. Attribution alone does not authorise a use that otherwise requires permission.
5. Nature and accuracy of information
The Company takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate public information. General technical documents and descriptions on the website are not legal, tax, security or project-specific technical advice, a confirmed quotation, a performance guarantee or a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The architecture and technology appropriate to a project depend on its actual requirements, data, constraints, budget and contracted scope.
6. External links and third-party material
External links may be provided for attribution and convenience. The external operator is responsible for its content, availability, privacy and security. A link does not by itself indicate endorsement, warranty or affiliation.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company may limit responsibility for temporary interruption of a website provided without charge or for access failure caused by the user’s environment or an external service.
Nothing in this Notice excludes liability for the Company’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence, loss of life or personal injury, breach of privacy duties, or any liability that applicable law does not permit the Company to exclude.
8. Privacy
Processing related to website access and email enquiries is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not email passwords, authentication credentials, Korean resident registration numbers, payment data, raw customer data or unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Published email addresses
The published email addresses are contact channels for project, company, privacy and security enquiries. Automated collection, sale, distribution or commercial advertising without the recipient’s prior consent is not permitted. Commercial messages are subject to Article 50 of the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and other applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
The Company may update this Notice as the website or law changes and will publish the change and effective date.
The law of the Republic of Korea governs the Notice and use of the website. The parties should first attempt a good-faith resolution; any unresolved dispute is submitted to the court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure and other applicable law.
